1. Love It or Don't Pay

After I complete the first draft of your website, you'll review it. If you don't love the direction:

• Full refund of your deposit
• No questions asked
• No hard feelings

Why I offer this: I'm confident in my work. If I can't create something you're excited about, I don't deserve your money.

2. On-Time or It's Discounted

I commit to delivering on time. If I miss the deadline through my own fault:

Fair play: The clock starts when I have your deposit AND all your content (text, images, logos). Delays caused by late feedback or content don't count against me.

3. Results Guaranteed

Your website will meet these measurable standards within 7 days of delivery:

If any of these aren't met and I can't fix it within 7 days, full refund.

4. 14-Day Revision Window

After delivery, you have 14 days of unlimited minor revisions:

After 14 days, revisions are still possible — just quoted based on scope.

5. What's Not Covered

To keep this guarantee fair, these situations don't qualify:

• Client-caused delays: Late content, slow feedback, scope changes
• Third-party issues: Domain registrar problems, hosting outages beyond my control
• Change of mind after approval: Once you approve final delivery, the guarantee period ends
• Bad faith: Attempting to get free work by falsely claiming dissatisfaction

6. Standard Cancellation Terms

Outside of the guarantees above, standard cancellation works like this:

• Before work starts: Full refund of deposit
• During development: Refund calculated based on work completed
• After final approval: No refund (you own all the work)

Refunds processed within 7 business days via bank transfer or DuitNow.
